A beautiful, new, tastefully decorated guest house.Very comfortable beds, functional bathrooms, essential toiletries, as well as bathrobes and slippers.The room has water, a kettle, and a capsule coffee machine, all of which are replenished.Delicious breakfasts – coffee, tea, juices, cold cuts, eggs and, of course, sweets. Everything is nicely served.Good location close to the train station and bus stop.Professional, attentive and smiling staff.A place 100% worth recommending.

The Guest House was amazing! Patricia & staff were awesome. The rooms are Super cute, clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend it to those who are traveling and want a place to lay your head, Easy walking distance to the train station, shopping and wonderful restaurants near by.

Perfect!

A very pleasant boutique-style guesthouse near the historic centre of Sintra. Everything is new and tastefully decorated. The room is very comfortable, with excellent bedding and a pleasant bathroom. We had a wonderful stay there. Patricia listened to us and did her utmost to respond to our requests and questions. We would be delighted to return to this charming guesthouse.
There is a bit of traffic during the day, but at night it is very quiet. Even though I am a light sleeper, I slept very well.

The room was spacious and still cosy, the bed was so comfortable. There was also a coffee machine in the room and some nice books and toiletries which were a nice touch. The check in process was easy and the breakfast was tasty.

The hotel is lovely. I was delighted with every detail. The facilities are great. It was recently opened and everything is brand new. We were welcomed by Amanda, who took great care of us! The whole team is very attentive. We stayed in a room with a view of the mountains, which was a bonus. The location is also good. It is close to the train station and no more than a 15-minute walk to the city centre. I highly recommend it!

The room and the place are tastefully decorated. Everything is clean and has the amenities of a boutique hotel. The location is excellent, close to the train station and next to an excellent Indian restaurant.

One of our windows overlooked the petrol station… breakfast was a little disappointing.

Wonderful.

Very nice Guest house. Comfortable and very modern design. Wonderful staff and delicious breakfast. Highly recommend this guest house.

Our room was towards the street and it was loud. Constant stream of traffic but the room is insulated enough to still get a good night sleep.

Great location and excellent value for money. Everything was well organised, and you could see the care that had been taken with every detail of the room and the accommodation in general. Patrícia, the host, was also very attentive and helpful. Easy access to the centre, even on foot. We would definitely return on a future visit to Sintra.

There was just a strong smell coming from the bathroom, I think from the pipes. But it didn’t spoil our experience at all.

I liked the hospitality and ease of arrival at any time, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Clean facilities.

The breakfast lacked variety (for example, for people with lactose intolerance).

Everything! It had character, it was super clean, nicely decorated, wonderful sheets, comfortable bed, bathrobes and slippers. I would definitely stay again. Live Sintra is a beautiful oasis for travellers.

We had the pleasure of staying at LIVE Sintra Portugal boutique guesthouses , and I want to take a moment to express our exceptional experience. From the moment  we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed and cared for.

What stood out most was the beautiful interior design of the house,  the best coffee and how perfectly located the boutique guesthouses is – just a short walk to great restaurants the national palace and local bakery’s and even the ocean…

We also couldn’t help but thinking how perfect the space would be to take over with friends’ weather for a golf trip a wedding party or girls’ getaway.  The idea of having all 8 rooms for a group sound like such a dream…..

Thank you for a memorable stay, we can’t wait to return in December 2025!

Our stay at Live Sintra was excellent! The hospitality was warm and professional.  The guesthouse was clean, modern and magical! Big rooms and great bathrooms. Walking distance to amazing restaurants and the historic town. Fantastic location!

That’s the whole concept of the guesthouse. We travel a lot. And this place exceeded all our expectations. We parked our motorbike right outside the door. The breakfast is excellent. We felt very comfortable and slept like angels in the beautiful attic room. Peace and quiet. The staff are super friendly. The historic centre is easily accessible on foot. One thing is certain. If you go to Sintra, stay here.
